Alexis Carberry Benson is NOT a licensed attorney and does not practice law. However, this Entity and its members are apart of a community of advocates and educational consultants protected by IDEA, ADA and Section 504 for special education students and parents with dispute resolutions against school districts. We seek to help parents navigate through the special education process and/or due process and help protect vulnerable children from discrimination and violations of federal law which are in place to protect them. We also advocate for these students to receive a free appropriate public education in accordance with IDEA, ADA and Section 504 law and procedural safeguards.
